She is absolutely AMAZING. Here is a woman who went above and beyond to locate a package for me WITHOUT a tracking number that was missing for 9 days! But NOT only did she locate it, she reached out to the location that was holding said package and made sure they delivered it within 24-48 hours. Then proceeded to follow through and keep me updated on the situation. If that is not EXCELLENT customer service, I don't know what is! THANK YOU Jennifer you are a TRUE asset to the USPS.
