We occasionally get our neighbor's mail and they get ours. I get mail for someone who lives in a nearby neighborhood with the same house number. Like how hard is it to deliver the right mail to the right house? We are also getting mail postmarked from a while ago. An example is a Christmas card postmarked before Christmas did not come until mid January. My car payment did not come until days before it was due even though it was sent well before. I did not recieve a paper credit card statemnt in the mail. Good thing I have an email reminder or I would have not paid my bill. I had a package that was said to be delivered, but not to me. The tracking number said it was delivered at a time before I get my mail.
The worker said he would look into it by checking the truck's GPS coordinates at the time of delivery. I never heard back (it's been months). Now I have another package that was supposedly delivered and has not been. I ordered 2 things from the same company- they shipped at the same time. Only one arrived. I took the package from the mailman so I know the other was not delivered or stolen.
I am not happy with the usps!!
