- CCCarliMar 26, 20265.0I have a small business and bring in packages regularly. I love this post office! I go to a few in the area and Franklin is hands down my favorite. I am always greeted with a smile and have been helped by all the workers at this location. Most interactions have been with Brandy and Jessica and they have always been so sweet and have gone beyond their position to provide support for me and my business. I am so thankful my local USPS has these wonderful workers! I always leave with a smile on my face. :)

She’s always helping people, supporting local food pantries, and even going out of her way to help those who are struggling. People like her are rare. When I got back in my car, my phone asked if I wanted to leave a review. It must link to Google Maps, and I thought “Absolutely.” This has always been my favorite post office. Then I saw some of the reviews… and honestly, it’s disappointing. It’s easy to criticize from behind a keyboard, but much harder to show up every day and actually serve a community the way Brandy does. Before leaving negative comments about someone who works hard for this town, maybe take a moment to look at the bigger picture. The people who quietly give back to their communities usually don’t have time to defend themselves online—they’re too busy doing the work. Just my two cents: if more people showed the kind of dedication Brandy does, things would run a whole lot smoother for everyone.
