I also love the fun things they do around the post office (snowmen, reindeer made of postal boxes, etc.) that make me laugh and feel welcomed.

- UUUnderGroundGoodsSep 6, 20251.0Brandy is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She has repeatedly changed package weights and sizes to charge us more money after we’ve already paid for labels. She has directly attacked and impacted our online business. Everyone else at this post office is amazing especially Jess, Nicole, and the new girl. But brandy shouldn’t be aloud to work with the public. I have tried many times to file a complaint down there and the post master REFUSES to give us the form. He’s protecting her when she’s a person that should not be working with the public.
