- GMGracey MillerJan 19, 20251.0I’ve lived in Forksville for years now. Love the little post office until this new hire. Heather is extremely rude. Acts like EVERYTHING is a bother. Then is incompetent. ANY question I ask she has to ask her supervisor. Was rude to my husband and I on 5 separate occasions!!! Last straw was trying to mail certified and she had no idea what the last 4 of her own zip code was or how to get it or what it was for!!! I will no longer use until someone else is employed there. Is a prime example of why USPS gets a bad name. Please bring back the previous woman!!!
