- BSBrandi StrattonMay 28, 20211.0I went up to the post office today around 4pm because it said my package was going to be delivered today and my mail already came and it wasn't there. I needed this package for my sons birthday tomorrow so I asked them if I could pick it up and the lady at the counter said it could still be out for delivery. I told her my mail already came. I asked her if she could look for it in the back for me and she was very rude and said there's a bunch of packages in the back shes not going to look. At that point I wasn't very nice because it is her job to get me my mail and there was no reason for her to be rude. I will never go back to the Forest City post office.

UsedtaknowJul 8, 20191.0Ive lived here for 6 years the carrier refuses to go to the fron of my house and insists on delivering my mail to the back of the building where the dogs play and do their business and then refuses to deliver my mail because the dog has done his business in my BACK YARD!! Ive caught her on camera screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs calling me every name in the book. I go weeks on end with no delivery and have never once had any piece of mail picked up at my house even when i tried to hand it to her she flat out refused!!!
