This place has changed and gotten much better since they got rid of that old postmaster Ann whatever her name was. She always smiled but had no idea what was going on in her own office. The place used to be Non-Stop mismanagement and issues every day with packages and our mail and days with no mail. Sometimes the mail would come at 8:00 a.m. or noon or 4:00 or 7:00 p.m.. Nowadays there's rarely a problem and things seem to run a lot smoother. Even the carrier guy says it's a world of difference and less people quitting since she was let go. Her and her assistant at the desk that used to be there we're just horrible to customers and rude unless they knew them personally. I always felt like I was on defensive walking in and there was an ax to grind. Not anymore of the new postmaster seems wonderful and always smiles and as courteous. Glad to see the new postmaster knows how to do his job and run his ship. No more waiting 10-15 minutes in the lobby for service or to have something looked after. Good job

I'm always happy with the service of this hometown post office. Very patient, especially if you articulate your problem.

Ive lived here for 6 years the carrier refuses to go to the fron of my house and insists on delivering my mail to the back of the building where the dogs play and do their business and then refuses to deliver my mail because the dog has done his business in my BACK YARD!! Ive caught her on camera screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs calling me every name in the book. I go weeks on end with no delivery and have never once had any piece of mail picked up at my house even when i tried to hand it to her she flat out refused!!!

This post office is a joke. I keep gettig mail that isn't mine sent to my address, even after going up to the post office 4x, and calling once, every single time being told I wouldn't get the mail anymore and it would be picked up. Not once has it been picked up, and they continue to send mail that isn't mine. Try communicating as a team and making sure everyone is doing their job. Poorly run business.
