Felt like the biggest inconvenience walking in there to ask if I can get something laminated. The lady working had an awful attitude and didn’t want to help anyone. Awful customer service. I left without doing anything because she made me feel like such a problem.

Extremely frustrating experience with the print department at the Staples in Folsom, PA.
I placed an order for a poster for my company on Tuesday and paid for it upfront because I needed it by Friday for an event. When I placed the order, they told me there might be an issue with the printing machine, but assured me they would call me Wednesday with an update so I would have enough time to make other arrangements if needed.
Wednesday came and went with no call.
By Thursday at 5 PM I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called the store myself. The employee then casually told me that the parts for the machine weren’t in and they wouldn’t be able to print the poster. Apparently they were going to have to order parts, and I would now have to cancel the order.
So instead of notifying me when they said they would, they just never called and left me to discover the problem myself the day before I actually needed the poster.
What makes this even worse is that they required me to cancel the order myself, even though they already knew they couldn’t fulfill it. I had already paid for the order and trusted that they would communicate with me if there was an issue.
The broken machine isn’t the problem. Things happen. The complete lack of communication and the way this was handled is the problem. If they had simply called when they said they would, I could have made other plans days ago instead of scrambling at the last minute.
Very poor customer service and a huge inconvenience.

ridiculous policy. Me and a couple of my friends went here after school to get school supplies for school (we are all 17) and I literally drove them. After about 2 minutes we got kicked out and talked down to and they said we need to be here with our parents. He was incredibly incredibly rude to me and my friends and worst of all the policy wasn’t even posted. If this was handled with respect by the manager or a policy was posted I wouldn’t have an issue.
