I really appreciate them being there, especially since UPS closed their customer counters. The UPS Stores are OK but they don't all have self-service computers and copier/printers, which is my usual purpose, if I'm not shipping something UPS. And they don't have the home office supplies I sometimes pick up at Staples. The staff here is sufficient that I don't have to wait long and they're knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The only thing I'd like to see change are longer hours but this store is probably not busy enough to warrant that so I just need to be better organized!
