I came in to return my package and the lady working there named Amy gave me so much attitude and when I said if i could just get a second to get my card she came at me with lots of attitude and told me “while we have a lot to do we can’t just sit and wait here”. I work in customer service and trust me I know how to deal with customers even the rude ones and I made sure to be very polite but she was just so rude and I definitely did not appreciate it. I know what it feels like to deal with customers who come in right before closing and trust me the way this lady did it was not nice or pleasant. I can’t believe they let people like this work in the service industry if they’re just going to complain about their jobs and then be rude and nasty with the customer.
