- SBShana BogertOct 7, 20251.0I've lived here for 7 years, and I've never had a good experience at this post office. The actual office hours are terrible - it's Tuesday and they don't open until 12:45. The staff [that I've dealt with] are discourteous and impersonal. They have PO boxes, and you can send items, but if you need to receive anything you have to drive all the way to Port Matilda - this office is too small/incapable. USPS...please do better.

This is our only access to our USPS packages except for Saturdays. The man at the counter seems annoyed by how many packages accumulate but they're literally only open when I am at work. It's time to offer home delivery, USPS. PO Box only towns are only acceptable if you can properly staff the post office!
