- RRRogueAug 9, 20241.0It's rare for this office to actually answer a phone call, and if you do somehow get ahold of them about a complaint with your mail courrier they simply hang up on you or tell you it's not their problem and deliveries are purely up to the drivers discretion. They pretty much said we don't have to deliver anything if we don't want to. They haven't delivered mail to us for 2 days after trying to complain about their past missed deliveries. UPDATE: After complaining in person our mail has not been delivered for a week so far! The newest reason is a "bees nest" yet they left absolutely no notice or told us. After picking up our mail in person at the office they decided to say something about it.

Postal delivered never put notices on door. Never knocked on door to deliver package and we were sitting right by the door!!. The prompts and phone set up is horrible, just to ask for redelivery. Ugh
