- ATAshley ThorhauerNov 10, 20255.0I understand that sometimes mail doesn't always go to the right house and that things get lost but as a person who does a side busniess out of her home and is always at the post office mailing packages or needed assistance I have never had a issue. All the front counter associates at this location have been nothing but sweet, funny, kind, and helpful. They have saw me struggling carrying things in and helped. They have when I got hurt cared for my cut. They have when I was sick given me a mask. They have gone above a beyond.

I keep receiving pink slips that certified mail can not be delivered because no one is home to sign, well I am home every day and the mail man never comes to my door to try to deliver my certified mail and get me to sign!! Yes I live down a small dirt road off the main road but that is their job!!! They drive down a long driveway to deliver certified mail do they not? So why not drive 5 seconds down to my house to deliver my certified letter? So now I have to drive 10 to 15 minutes to the post office to pick up certified letters! Also, a few months ago, the mail deliverer also broke my mailbox (the box would now fall off the post) and then stopped delivering my mail because when we would put it back on the post til I was able to get the right screws and tolls to fix it, he would close the box so hard that he would push it right back off the post. So had to keep going to the post office then to grab my mail and packages. Very disappointing that i need to go out of my way numerous times because they are not capable of doing their job!! This post office needs to find a new mail carrier!! Have seen other reviews complaining of this mail carrier also.
- JPJeffrey PApr 27, 20241.0Horrible whoever my mail carrier is marks my package as undeliverable due to random reasons before they ever leave the post office. I will get a no secure location notification at 7 in the morning when the carrier hasnt even left the post office. Then i fill out the reschedule delivery card and put up my little mailbox flag and they jusy leave it in the mail box. On the date the delivery was supposed to be rescheduled for i was cutting my grass and saw the postal carrier leave mail but no package.
