- AHAmanda HellerJul 23, 20251.0Worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. They never deliver packages to the right location. They deliver to road which you can’t see from my house so I ask they leave it at the house but they don’t. I call and complain and they then will deliver to the house for a while then again start delivering to the road. They also just leave the mailbox hanging open so mail is then in the street or on the grass and wet from rain. Complaining does nothing apparently since this post office keeps getting worse.

I live one block from the post office and get my mail after 6 pm, when I get it. Electric company states they mailed my refund check 3 weeks ago and still not delivered. Christmas presents mailed over 2 weeks ago never received. Who can I contact to lodge a formal complaint?

I also have had a package delivered to the wrong address and they never found it. I never got a refund. Update the Felton post office no longer delivers the mail it comes from York now. They bought huge sorting machines too big for the Felton post office.They are even worse now they put large items in your mailbox and leave the door open for evey thief to see it. They have also folded things in half ruining a 50 year old service manual.Also saturday open only 8:30 to 10:30. Just close the doors waste of money only one employee.
