  It’s people like Richu That make UPS a top-notch organization. I’ve dealt with other people at UPS that have not been as accommodating and it’s a shame. However, Richu you went above and beyond in assisting me.

  Good morning everyone. This UPS store is open in the morning for the business customers and the early risers. James had the store opened up by 8 a.m. he was polite and helpful with serving me with my questions. If you need something in the morning 🌄 this is the place to go coping, packing supplies, mailboxes and of course ups shipping services.

  The woman who working in there charged me to take my order , when it was a free. When I ordered I choose to pick up at UPS location what was a free. I told her you are not right but she told me you have a address and you can't pick up in the store 🤷‍♀️ I was surprised. .. After that I wrote to the sender store and they said.. sorry for it.. this is not true. It's was a free and we will refund you this money...

  If I could give 0 starts and leave a review I would! I was dropping off some Amazon returns and was met with an attitude and nasty nasty elder women worker there. She was rude and seems very racist and didn’t want my business for that fact. I could’ve easily caused a scene there but I didn’t I did my business and left on my way out she send a younger lady who looked like she felt bad for doing this but wanted to keep her job and work she told me next time if you can’t return more than 5 packages at a time. And I won’t be returning and will be complain to the ups headquarters and Amazon as well…
