I went to the right then started to walk around and didn't see a sign saying AMAZON RETURNS- NONE. I asked a nice man who walked from where he was working to the front where the cashiers are and assisted me. A not so friendly lady said there were signs on the floor. Who puts signs on the floor??? If I'm looking for a sign I'm looking at eye level or up. She was looking at me like I was stupid. I was insulted by her. A smile would have gone a long way. Happy Holidays!
