I was having issues printing something for a very important presentation. Rukyia was super friendly and helpful and took the time to print professional looking documents. Really appreciate her.

I placed an online order for a laptop with in-store pickup. The order was accepted, the status showed “Processing,” and the charge was authorized on my card. I even called customer support and was told the item would be available on February 25 and that I could come pick it up.
I waited two days.
Then the order was suddenly cancelled without any clear explanation. In my account it now shows $0.00 and “Cancelled.” The email just says they “need additional information,” but no one contacts you, no one asks for verification, nothing.
This is not about the money — it’s about time and basic respect for customers. If your fraud system cancels orders, at least:
• provide a clear reason,
• give customers a chance to verify their identity,
• don’t leave people waiting for two days with no real communication.
Very poor communication and zero transparency. After this experience, I have very little trust in Staples’ online ordering system.

Would give 5 stars if they would actually open in the morning. Other area Staples are open but this location opens late on weekends. The print department though is awesome.
