First time in the place and she screamed at me instructions on how to put my package in a box that I didn't even noticed. I stopped to read instructions and the lady proceeded to very loudly instructed me, and when I started to look at my phone for the QR code to print my label she insisted just to put the package in. No welcome to the store, no real assistance just rudeness. Never again!
