- SRSeth ReyesJun 5, 20251.0I had high hopes based on Brian’s positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. From the beginning, he was surprisingly rude and unprofessional, especially during the packaging process. He was dismissive of my concerns, showed very little patience, and came across as irritated any te our paths crossed. It was uncomfortable and frustrating to deal with him, and I left the interaction feeling more stressed than helped. This is not at all the level of service I expected based on the praise others have given him. I honestly just want to forget the whole experience. For that reason, I’m leaving a 1 out of 5 rating. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that others don’t have to go through the same.
