- GUGoogle UserJul 26, 20171.0Terrible customer service! Door is locked several minutes before closing time. She even hurries to lock that door if she sees you pulling in! If you're there 15 minutes before closing time you get a lecture about how they don't get paid overtime if they run past closing because they make salary! Um do you not understand the meaning of salary?? They will even choose to only take some of your mail and they will give some back to you because they are too lazy to run the rest through because God forbid they have to stay a few minutes past closing time! The reality is, it's not us, it's YOU!!! You're so slow at your job it takes you forever to ring us up then you complain if you run 2 minutes past closing time! Quit looking back at the clock every 5 seconds huffing and puffing and do your job! They even openly talk about their customers behind their backs!!! I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life!! Because of this terrible customer service, I now go to a different post office and only use Farmington post office when I have no choice. How SAD is that! You wonder why the postal service is going down hill!
