Their machine indicated that the fingerprints weren't valid, but they convinced me to submit them anyway, that they would be accepted. Charged me $50 and by the time I got to my car, I already had an email that my prints were rejected. If the machine is broken, then stop offering the service, but charging for a service you can't complete very dishonest. I went to another location, fingerprints were ready in two minutes and accepted (after paying $50 again), so the issue lies entirely with their machine.
