Was treated so rudely today! Had a return, which have never dropped off here before, so did not know the protocal. I usually use UPS, which I will be doing again in the future. My bag was open at the top and needed taped. Instead of offering tape, the employee said, "are going go to send that with the opening like that?" Umm... I am not stupid, no, I did not plan to send like that. I said I was hoping it could be taped. He then said, "Do you have tape?" Again, if I had tape, it would be taped and he clearly saw I did not have tape with me. Meanwhile, there were two rolls there in his space he was working in. I said, I was hoping you could tape it for me. I was very kind about it, but I did not need to be talked to so rudely and condescendingly. I have noticed previous interactions with this employee, and other employees to their customers. There is no reason for this. If you do not like your job, get a new one or just try and be more pleasant.

One worker; long lines; allows people to stand there for 15 mins filling paperwork out they should have done before got in line so he could do a task in the back while line went out the door; no regard for customers

I detest this post office. I actually will put off sending packages out because I have yet to have a good experience there. Either the line is out the door or the front desk staff is completely rude, or a wonderful combination of both. The usual gentleman at the desk hates his job and that is very apparent. I have been spoken to in a condescending manner each visit. Their new thing is you have to take a survey in front of the desk clerk to get to the payment...so they can target your fragile package and make sure it gets broken if you give an honest review I guess??? How about we stop making customers uncomfortable and taking on the burden of terrible hiring.

I would like to report a very disturbing incident that I witnessed at the Exton Post Office on March 2, at approximately midday.
During my visit, I observed extremely inappropriate and alarming behavior from a clerk working behind the counter. When I inquired, I was told his name is Gregory Pollard. In front of approximately six other customers, he became verbally abusive toward a customer and made openly homophobic accusations along with several other insulting and defamatory remarks.
The situation escalated to the point that the Postmaster came out to address the disturbance. However, despite the intervention, the clerk continued shouting aggressively at the customer. The customer himself did not appear to be engaging in similar behavior and eventually left after briefly speaking with the Postmaster.
I frequently visit the Southeastern Post Office where the staff are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the conduct I witnessed at the Exton location was deeply troubling and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
I believe this type of behavior is unacceptable in a public service setting and should be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Customers should be able to expect respectful and professional treatment when visiting a United States Post Office.
