- TFTj FarleyFeb 10, 20264.0Went to pick up a package that was shipped to that location. When I arrived to pick up the package I was charged $15 to pick it up. $5 storage and $10 receiving fee. Never before have I ever been charged when picking up at the UPS distribution counter (in West Chester on Ward ave) or any other UPS location. Had I known I would’ve made other arrangements with shipping. FedEx or any of their other competitors. And with another package coming the following day (due to a UPS delay, not the store’s fault) I have to pay another $15. This isn’t mentioned anywhere. ****UPDATE*** The store manager reached out to me and told me about the misunderstanding. A compromise was reached. That is going above and beyond for a customer when they have a concern. Kuddos must be given to the store manager for handling the issue, and coming to a resolution quickly.
