I went in with the intention of buying a few things to pack my own box in my car and come back. Steve who helped me realized what I was doing and told me about their service to completely pack it for me. He was SO helpful and SUPER kind. Especially with it being busy, they all did a great job of getting everyone helped.

- LWLisa WilliamsJan 3, 20265.0Last week during the busiest time of the year for shipping stores, I went into the Exton UPS store to ship a package. I was greeted with nothing but friendly faces! Brooke P. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had witnessed a customer before me being extremely rude to the employees who were trying to help them (which unfortunately these employees deal with customers like this all day everyday). These employees are following the rules of their employer and just because a customer doesn’t agree with the way things are done, they explode and throw temper tantrums on these workers and then they jump on Google and write a bad review about the employee and the store .. although they neglect to acknowledge their own negative behavior that was tolerated for ten minutes straight before the employee finally had to set them straight ! The ups store employees deserve huge accolades for what they tolerate on a daily basis. Especially during the height of shipping season. Happy new year to all UPS store employees. Keep up the good work !!

Anthony was efficient and effective processing her package while the UPS driver was there, ensuring driver would leave with her package. In and out quickly, pleasant experience overall! She loves the pens too!
