If it doesn’t, they don’t care, they don’t want to resolve, guy even said call FedEx then come back. There was only one other person in the store. So-Don’t go back, there are other options where people care about service, post office gives better service. If it absolutely had to———no longer applies.

I said okay, can you tell me the pricing for this so I can buy the label from you? He was “ but that is time consuming” ?????? It was an empty store and isn’t this his job. I rarely leave reviews but this is an example of how customer service training is important. While I don’t ship a lot, FedEx has disappointed me in terms of customer satisfaction. My suggestion to go to the UPS and ship things from there.which I am hoping to do now

It is great experience when I worked with a lady who is able to help answer lots of my questions and update my label patiently. However I was not having this luck with the other male stuff, who is impatient as if I offended him while I just walked in for one sec. He refused to help update the label even if the address is wrong and eventually updated the label with handwriting.

When I informed customer service they opened a ticket to redeliver.I informed the location of item which is 86 lb that was delivered in wrong address. FedEx closed the ticket that item not found…I am not sure what kind of pathetic service this company is providing….
