- KLK LJul 17, 20252.0This post office has really gone downhill. Several months ago I had a flag that said it was delivered and never received it. I told the lady that I was going to make a claim. She left a note in my PO box a few days later to come in. She wrote all of the information down and said her boss was going to look into it and call me. Nobody ever called. Obviously someone put it into the wrong PO box and tried to cover their butt and whomever received it didn't bring it back. 😡 We also pay our Verizon bill at the beginning of every month that we never received in the mail 4 months ago and had to go to store to pay before it was past due. This month we received our water/sewage bill 3 days before it was due. My husband called the water company to complain and they said it was the postal services fault. They told him all of their bills are sent out on the 3rd.
