Now I have to get my money back from the company I ordered them from. The mail delivery person said he/she delivered the package across the street.....which didn't happen. Zero stars.

So they are open until 5pm and just now I went to drop a package off. It was 4:51pm and the doors were locked. There was a lady behind the counter and she saw me and just shrugged. This is the second time this has happened. If you say you are open until 5 dont lock your doors til 5. Pretty simple

The mail carrier called her manager im guessing and was complaining really loud being very rude, disrespectful, and using vulgar language around me and my brother which is very unacceptable. I didn’t expect such poor service from usps. And not only this but many occurrences in which we receive someone elses mail and/or don’t receive ours until a later date. And if you order specific items from Amazon our mail carrier has refused to deliver because of its size or weight.
