  They do well at taking care of packages. It's the attitude of the old lady and the owner. No customer service skills whatsoever. The old lady is the worst! She's got a nasty attitude, unhelpful and even condescending. I can't stand going to this place anymore. Too bad there isn't another UPS closer!!!

  shipped a package in end of July 2025 packages arrived damages opened 2 claims on august 4th 2025 its now October 8th 2025 and still battling them to get my payments that get approved have over 40 calls to them and documented all calls over the past 2 months the keep having to re issue checks or send me to another department nobody can seem to do their job correct then I'm told supervisors would reach out to me that never happens i will never use ups again and also after talking to agents none of them can seem to point me in the right direction o leave a review or complaint guessing they dont want to lose their jobs i will never use ups again its been nothing but a hassle if i could reach out to corporate they would get an ear full

  I give this store 5 stars because it deserves it!!! I have a son in North Carolina and a son in New York. Whenever I bring in my array of items to send - sometimes gift-wrapped, sometimes not - I simply hand them over to Bill and he does the rest! It just can’t be any easier. I like to send my boys and their families little surprise “party packs” so I am here every couple months or so. It is only because of Bill’s always pleasant demeanor and expertise that I have been able to do this on a regular basis. I have been coming here for about six years with not one problem to date! Thank you, Bill, for the care you take with my “treasures” and for your exceptional customer service.

  Bill and his staff are very helpful and provide great customer service. First-rate individuals who are friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, he helped package and ship items to both California and Texas for me. When one of the items arrived damaged Bill was available to assist filing a claim with UPS. He is fair and puts in extra effort to assist his customers. I would recommend the Etters UPS Store to anyone looking for a one-stop shop to pack and ship items.
