I was skeptical walking in here seeing other reviews. But I have to give credit where credit is due. I had a pleasant experience.
I had a package that needed a signature and missed the delivery. So I went here to sign and pick up the package. I simply gave the woman my ID, and she found my package based on my name. No issues, and everyone was polite. This was on a Tuesday at around 4:30pm. I was in and out in no time.

There is no wonder the USPS is tanking with the way they run things. Absolutely incompetent, can't even read an address with numbers. Especially in Erie, PA. To simply send a letter across town it has to go to Pittsburgh first then return because that's efficient. I have Informed Delivery so I get emails daily about what to expect. Like clockwork, I was expecting an insurance card that I very desperately need so I can update things. I got the email saying it should be there per Informed Delivery. Nope. Instead I get junk mail for my neighbor downstairs. Another day goes by.... Nope. But, I got my next door neighbor's mail! I hope it was anything important because it went straight in the trash. You know, federal offense and all opening other people's mail. Kinda like the time I got a letter clearly addressed to East 25th St. but had the same house number as me on East 24th St. so I got it instead. I didn't think USPS delivery folks couldn't read but they clearly can't decipher an address in 2025. Good thing I didn't rip that letter in half as I ended up hand-delivering it to the right address on East 25th. St. Turns out it was a temporary U.S. Passport document for a tenth month old infant. They had been waiting desperately for it for weeks but I had it the whole time thinking it was junk mail. They were going to a wedding out of the country and couldn't leave without that document. See what I'm getting at here? Or, like the time my license was suspended over an old fine but the letter was never forwarded to my new address. Even though I had been receiving other mail for months with my forwarded address. Wasn't until I got pulled over and nearly arrested that I found out. In the last couple days I've gotten my next door neighbor's mail, the neighbor in the other apartment's mail but the one piece of mail I've been waiting for going on two weeks now... Nowhere to be had. Absolutely can not rely on the USPS for anything... Especially when you're getting mail that's clearly the wrong street, wrong house number but yet you still get in your mailbox.

To Customer Relations,
I am writing to express my outrage regarding my experience with your service, specifically tracking number [Tracking Number].
The entire experience has been a disaster from start to finish.
Delivery Failure: After a missed attempt on Friday, you failed to deliver on the rescheduled Saturday. I was forced to come to the depot on Tuesday because your team could not fulfill their basic duty.
Abusive Staff Conduct: Upon my arrival, your counter staff made an issue out of a name discrepancy on your delivery notice. When I presented my Passport—a valid international travel document—to verify my identity, the employee threatened to confiscate my ID.
This behavior is appalling. A store clerk has zero right to "confiscate" a customer's personal property, let alone an official passport. He can refuse to hand over the package based on policy, but threatening to seize my documentation is a gross overstep of boundaries and a display of power he does not possess.
The name discrepancy was a result of your system's error, yet I was the one treated like a criminal.
I require an immediate explanation for why your staff feels entitled to threaten customers with the confiscation of legal documents. This level of service is pathetic and the employee’s arrogance is intolerable.
Regards, I will call the complaint, this is outrageous. You have no such right to confiscate. This is ridiculous

I have had several packages "lost" that were very likely stolen by the courier or another worker. No other explanation makes sense when it ships all the way to this location and then is just never delivered and unavailable for pickup. Do not recommend.
