The package made it all the way across the county to be marked as undeliverable due to weather but the person that I shipped this item to stated that they got all their other mail that day so they don’t understand why this one item was marked undeliverable. Someone at the facility stole this item. Im 90% sure of this, nothing else makes sense and im also seeing other people mentioning having the same issues with this particular facility, no reason why packages shouldn’t be showing up or marked undeliverable or simply not scanned at all but delivered (supposedly). Absolutely unacceptable. No other business would be able to have this low of standards and still be in business. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I will never sho another item through this facility again and I will use any other carrier given the opportunity, USPS will be my very last choice! I will drive my mail across the country myself before I trust this company again.
