- DMDavid M4 days ago5.0I used the FedEx allied partner Rushmypassport to expedite my US passport renewal. However, after applying online and paying the fee, a message said that I needed to phone them to complete the process. After over 15 unanswered calls, I went in person to FedEx, and, the manager had a direct number call, and I finally completed the process. So, only because of the courtesy and professionalism of the manager, was I finally to complete the process.

They do so I left and went there, was in and out. How do companies stay in business if they can't even handle a letter? Go to Erie pack and Ship down Peach a few blocks. The hippy working the counter and the other guy stuffing his face do not have a clue as to how to wait on customers.
