He said FedEx Ground would be the least expensive. I said I didn't care, as long as the package would arrive on Wednesday, and he assured me it would. Sure enough, the package did not arrive on time. But I can't get a refund because it was send FedEx ground. He was very pleasant, but that doesn't help me since what he told me was incorrect.

However, after applying online and paying the fee, a message said that I needed to phone them to complete the process. After over 15 unanswered calls, I went in person to FedEx, and, the manager had a direct number call, and I finally completed the process. So, only because of the courtesy and professionalism of the manager, was I finally to complete the process.This was at the Peach Street Erie, PA location
