- RRRj RobledoJun 7, 20191.0It's as if Martin(the manager or whatever his title is) CAN NEVER give you a straight answer. It's always an excuse or he just doesn't feel like checking something. Every single time I've called the office or been inside, he's given me the run around. EVEN WHEN I WENT IN TO PICK UP A PACKAGE AND IT WAS THERE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP, HE REFUSED TO BRING IF FROM THE BACK. I was told to wait a day so they could deliver it AFTER BEING TOLD I COULD COME PICK IT UP. I've lived in Ephrata for almost 6 years now and every damn year there's at least 3 problems with this office.
