Everyone at this location goes above and beyond to help their customers. Sadly, they encounter these unwarranted attacks by those who's goal in life is to make others miserable because they weren't catered to, are incorrect, or feel they deserve preferential treatment.
- LMLexi MediavillaSep 8, 20251.0I refrained from writing this review for a year. My local USPS has become the most unreliable I’ve ever dealt with. Packages are constantly marked “delivered” when they’re not, and every time I call, I’m told to wait two more days before anything can be done. By then, it’s always clear the package was delivered to the wrong mailbox. It’s not a one-time mistake either—this has become a pattern. I’ll have two different tracked items scheduled for delivery, and they’ll show as “delivered” within minutes of each other, yet nothing shows up. Eventually, sometimes they do, but only after the hassle of chasing it down. I’ve never had these issues with USPS until moving here, and it’s frustrating that almost every other package turns into an ordeal. This location seriously needs to improve accuracy and accountability.

- DBDennis BensonNov 18, 20205.0Monday 11/16 I took 17 boxes of goodies in to send to the troops over in the sand box. Chris and Denise were the two clerks on window duty. Denise took care of me. Her bar code printer kept jamming and I could tell she was quite frustrated but she kept her cool and did her job very professionally. While she was taking care of me, Chris handled the remaining customers waiting in line. Tues 11/17 I took 8 more boxes in and Denise again took great care of me while Chris handled the others. Thanks to both of these folks for doing a great job.
