- PPPopTheCatMay 18, 20231.0Horrible customer service. Called the other day to see if USPS had a package or if it came in lat because it never showed up and all the person on the phone was just rude. He said they didn’t have it and I said “ok thank you” and he said “yep” and hung up.

- GBGenna BarrAug 11, 20174.0They do a good job for the most part. The staff could be a little bit more personable, but the service is good, despite what I'm sure is a hectic job. Sometimes packages don't arrive on their delivery date, but if you wait until about an hour till close (to make sure it's not on its way to you) they will grab the package for you so you don't have to wait for the next delivery day.
