- JRJohn R3 days ago1.0USPS mail delivery in Emmaus is terrible. USPS frequently delivers mail to the wrong address. It is up to my neighbors and I to get the misdelivered mail to the correct location. I have not had a package misdelivered recently, but I do get "Delivery Exception - No access to delivery location" messages, which is code for "I forgot to deliver your package today even though it was out for delivery". If the mailman wasn't always talking on the phone when he was delivering the mail, the service would probably be a lot better.
- BHB HDec 28, 20251.0They misdeliver our packages all the time. Like almost every other one. I wish they would actually look at the address on the package and be more careful with others property. If I have any cards or gifts I need to ship, I have to go to the post office in macungie because for some reason, it never seems to make it out of the emmaus office. The first year we moved here I sent three Halloween cards at the same time and they never made it. Later for Chrismas that year they lost a package i had ordered for my friend. When I stated how it was irreplaceable (it was a fossil), it made a miraculous re-appearance the next day. We have complained several times but nothing has come of it.
