- DHDavid Hess5 days ago1.0Worthless, they are ok with sitting on my packages, one for 6 days the other for 3. I called them and i was told I can come get them. This isn't shipping works, told them to send the packages back to Amazon, maybe they will get that right.
- SRSelena RogueFeb 2, 20261.0These people are incompetent and absolutely useless. They refuse to deliver our packages to the house just because they don't want to. They used every excuse in the book to avoid delivering. "Our driveways too long" (its not), we have a dog" (they knew the dog (a lab) was friendly). Then they said we were video taping them.... we have security cameras.....yes you are being filmed like everyone else. It ain't personal baby girl. The few times they have delivered they were speeding through our parking lot where our kids and pets were playing. We were genuinely afraid they were gonna kill our pets or kids. They recently put a note in our mailbox saying they couldn't deliver our package because the mail box was full... there was literally nothing in it. I went to the post office to pick up my package and it wasn't there. Why tell me its at the post office and then deliver it the next day and waste both our time? That's happened more than once. We've reached out to the higher ups and they did nothing as well. They enable their employees. If you want a job where you do next to nothing and get good benefits, apply for the post office.
