I also believe you get back what you put out when it comes to attitude and energy. Even when it was busy, the line moves pretty quickly. I've mailed packages, bought bulk stamps, held my mail multiple times with no issue whatsoever.

I've lived here for 3 years and anytime I have a package coming, they wouldn't even TRY delivering,(there have been times where I've even been outside when the mail man arrives) they just leave me a notice in my mailbox. So I have to drive to this post office, spend MY gas, wait in line, deal with their attitudes just so I can do their job for them. I've made several complaints about this issue over the years, Their solution... I just stopped receiving notices that I have a package at the office. Hours of service are never as advertised. they sometimes don't open till late or they close early. Im not sure if that's a manpower issue or not. But good luck getting your mail. Quite honestly, I want my tax money back! I'll spend more money and use FedEx or UPS.
