  How to make a return today, through Amazon and the gentleman who took care of me walked me through the whole process, why you still having me Santa decide to do what I had to do to pull up my QR code he was still diligently working. Very friendly atmosphere and would recommend if anybody needs to go there.

  This group of customer service representatives are the most friendly and professional. The manager is truly the most entertaining person I have ever met. He is ALWAYS smiling and in a good mood. Hats off to the entire team for following his lead! Thanks for making it fun to return and ship packages.

  I was in the ups store at around 2PM today I wanted to print some important paperwork I was trying for 25 minutes to get the wifi Bluetooth and my phone to work no1 would even help even though it went from busy to no1 in store there was 3 employees on and not one helped I had to grab a gentleman walking by and asked for help he said one sentence made no sense and kept on what he qas doing I was in this store and got offered no help for 35/40 minutes I just quietly left and I have to drive to wilksbarre to staples way out of the way sonthing got to give with corporate either these guys are severely underpaid and dont care or they just dont well I won't let this bother me I will not ever do business with that ups store ever again .
