I received notice that a package arrived at the edinboro branch very early and showed it was out for delivery. Never got it. I have observed him intentionally skip people's mail if he is running behind..which is a shame because if I don't get my mail till 3pm, sounds like he sleeps in. I've heard other complaints regarding him speeding through trailer courts, etc. Let's get this driver fired!
