- DKDennis KanagieSep 13, 20251.0The large dark haired woman behind the counter has a chip on her shoulder and seems to be looking for an argument. She wasn't wearing a name tag, and refused to give me her name when asked. EDIT: I found out soon after her name is Stephanie.
- KDKelly DressJan 7, 20251.0Rude and incompetent. Refused my package because of a .38 (yes, 38 cent) difference in pricing on a prepaid label. Then, when I came back with an updated label, it was refused again because the woman here doesn’t know what .5 cubic feet of weight is. Go to another location if you can.

It’s nestled out of the way so it’s not overly busy but when it is, their staff is exceptionally prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On many occasions, Stephanie has thoroughly assisted me with international shipping woes. She is so helpful and truly the reason I am taking the time to write this review!! Give that lady a raise!! :)
