If you call about it they say they will look into it and never call you back or resolve it. You keep calling back every week to see if they figured it out and they just say they are working on it. They have one job and they can't do it properly.

So, if there are a ton of packages to be delivered that day you may not get them delivered with your regular mail. It could be hours till you get your packages after regular mail delivery. This has been going on ever since Amazon stopped using UPS are their go-to shipper for their orders because of UPS not wanting to do many residential deliveries.
