The staff had no explanation of how I was able to schedule when there was no notary to be there that day. This seems like a pretty simple fix to not allow this service to be scheduled unless an actual notary is present at the time slot that is open online. Or call to inform the customer of the error in advance rather than no helpful explanation upon arrival. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient and I would not recommend notary services at this facility.
