- SSSherri S.1 day ago1.0Customer service is horrible. I waited in line to do a Happy Returns and there was no one there so I assumed that the person who was in printing would assist me. Not once did she say I would be right with you and this was after I made eye contact with her. I don't have an issue waiting but at least communicate! This store is horrible as it relates to customer service.

- SRSigMa RejectFeb 21, 20261.0First I waited in line to ask for someone to unlock the item I wanted. 10 minutes, in line, just to ask for help. The cashier i waited in line for to ask to get someone to help unlock the iem was obviously stressing and I have empathy for that, but this is on staples not their over worked and under paid employees. Secondly I waited in line for over 20 minutes to pay for said item after it was unlocked. Poor in store experience.
