This post office has no idea what they are doing. They lost my package & it’s been 3 weeks no updates or resolutions. They don’t answer the phone & when I go in person they say they don’t get the calls from that number & that it goes straight to a supervisor. When you ask to talk to the supervisor they are never there.

Moved into a new development in Palmer, PA with central mailboxes in the neighborhood. Apparently they are doing away with home delivery to make it easily on the postman/post woman. The postman that delivers the mail regularly has no issues finding my mailbox. Though when he is off during the week or on vacation, the fill-in has no idea how to find my post box because it isn't written on the inside when he opens the main door to fill the mailboxes. If, just if they looked at the front of the main door or in the inside top portion of the mailboxes they would see my address. This has been an ongoing issue and I know for certain I haven't received mail due to this new service the USPS offers wherein you get an email in the AM of what mail to expect for the day. That said, that service is not reliable BUT I see mail that is clearly addressed for me since I moved in, that I have never received. So, this is NOT an issue with timing but non-delivery of mail.

It was my first time in this post office. There were about four people in front of me. The clerk was courteous and helpful to everyone. She had a positive attitude and kept the line moving smoothly. I only had a pre paid package to drop off and she treated me with the same courtesy and offered me a receipt. No issues at all, thank you.
