- AWAshley WalkerSep 13, 20211.0I’d give it a negative if I could. The older lady is rude and of no help. Had a package that said it was delivered to the post office. Had my PO Box on the package per her request or she sends your mail back. Kept saying it wasn’t delivered to the post office even though tracking said it was and gave me the exact address which is the post office address. All she could say was sorry and was of no help. So now I am out of a package. A place that sends your mail back when you don’t have the PO Box, but even when you do have it still messes it up.
