She was extremely rude and disrespectful to my circumstances. Shipping a loved ones remains is a difficult and having a rude employee is unacceptable.

I don't mind waiting in line ... not that that happens very often. But, I know that they are helping each customer to maximize the value of the visit, and to ensure the best possible outcome for balancing the need of getting the item to its destination and at the price for that service. And, did I mention that they are delightful people? I don't jump on the 'shop local / shop small' bandwagon, but if there were a poster-child for what that experience is supposed to offer, it would be the team here.
