Very easy and efficient for any post office. Everyone seemed kind, was greeted by Kristi who was a very sweet lady and had me in and out of the building in about 11 minutes for a passport session including photo.

Package has been sitting at this facility for days with no update on being sent to my local USPS. USPS like usual missed the Christmas cutoff I was promised and now days later my package just sits with no updates.

They took away the mailboxes of an entire community of 200+ people for 2 months. People who needed life-saving medications could not get them without driving an hour round trip. I am disabled and risked my health to deliver my own mail. They still refuse to deliver packages over the size of a tiny parcel locker at all. Other shipping services have no problem delivering directly to my door. Their phones don’t work half the time. I've called 15 times at different times during one day only to never get through. The lines go out the door and standing times reach over a half hour. This should absolutely be illegal. If it’s really that difficult to deliver people’s mail, it is imperative they open a new delivery office for the 18302 zip code. I wouldn’t be surprised if people got really sick during the 2 months they couldn’t get their medication. For the record, a lack of federal oversight is what is causing this issue.

What I don't appreciate is that I get slips in my mailbox for deliveries that should come to my door. I paid for the item to be shipped to my house, not to my mailbox where if it does not fit in one of the boxes I have to go to the post office to get it. Shipments should go to the house. That's what you paid shipping for.

Well, let’s see where should I start first they don’t know how to pick up phones second they’re rude at the window and third. Apparently they lose your package and they simply don’t care. Much like the rest of our wonderfully government paid Postal Service. They simply refuse to do their job correctly. It’s almost as if they truly enjoy sending packages place to place and wasting tax dollars instead of simply making sure the package is going to its actual destination. The rudeness of the people that work at these facilities is spectacular. If any government agency should be privatized and simply hand it over to accompany such as UPS or FedEx as fast as humanly possible it is truly reunion United States post office.
