- WWWAPSAug 13, 20245.010s across the board!!! I live in Paradise, work in Lancaster and East Petersburg is the only local USPS that’s ever picked up a phone call and been helpful. Their postmaster Tina is a class act, pleasant and worked with me over FOUR MONTHS to get answers and a missing package situation resolved after Lancaster repeatedly dropped the ball on it. She has an awesome customer service skillset and her trainee Mark was just as lovely and helpful when I went into their cozy USPS location. Would recommend. Will be doing business with again at every opportunity.

- TBTrish BJun 5, 20203.0I learned something about the U.S. Post Office. If there is no mail for my address in the letter carrier's bag they do not have to come pick up the mail I have in my mailbox. And at least three times a month I get other people's mail, or my mail goes to another address.
