- WWWAPSAug 13, 20245.010s across the board!!! I live in Paradise, work in Lancaster and East Petersburg is the only local USPS that’s ever picked up a phone call and been helpful. Their postmaster Tina is a class act, pleasant and worked with me over FOUR MONTHS to get answers and a missing package situation resolved after Lancaster repeatedly dropped the ball on it. She has an awesome customer service skillset and her trainee Mark was just as lovely and helpful when I went into their cozy USPS location. Would recommend. Will be doing business with again at every opportunity.
