  Folks were spot on. The woman working the precheck is miserable and hates her job. We went this morning as walk-ins and she was very ignorant. I am not one to let people talk to me rudely but i had my family and inlaws with me. I wanted to get my application done but i plan on eacalating this to corporate. For someone who told me she wanted to quit because she doesnt like her job and telling me she "low-key" never wants to see me again, ok cool. I hope she finds a job she likes because she shouldnt be working as a customer service rep.

  Cashier in the front not very friendly.. visibly made it clear she wants to go on break over her headset.. I was sending off an Amazon return and she just THREW it in the box….. It took everything in me to keep my composure and not embarrass her. Made me feel unwelcome and like I was inconveniencing her… will just go to another location from now on..

  TSA pre check sign says NO appt necessary in store and website. They turned me away. This is why Staples is losing money. Typical legacy customer service. Dying breed.

  Do NOT attempt to use this location for CLEAR TSA Pre-check! Several of us were waiting as walk-ins (website indicates walk-ins welcome) and the woman working was immediately aggressive and ignorant to anyone without an appointment despite us all being very polite and simply stating we were walk-ins. She outright told us to leave. Times are tough enough. No need to deal with someone on a power trip. Pick another location.

  I strongly advise against visiting this Staples location for TSA pre-check services. My experience was nothing short of appalling. Upon arriving with my child for a document check, I was met with an astonishing lack of professionalism from both the clerk and the store manager. Their attitudes were dismissive and uncaring, making it painfully clear that customer service is not a priority here. Despite the TSA website indicating that walk-ins are welcome, I was abruptly informed they were "jammed” annd they were not able to help me even though there were no other customers in sight. This was not just a minor inconvenience; it was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. It’s disheartening to see staff who seem to lack motivation and respect for the customers they serve. If these individuals were incentivized to work and genuinely cared about providing service, the environment would be drastically improved. Additionally, the operating hours are absurd. Open only from 9:10 AM to 5 PM, with a lunch break from 1 PM to 1:30 PM?! This is incredibly inconvenient for anyone trying to navigate their busy schedules. If you value your time and expect even a modicum of courtesy, I recommend seeking TSA pre-check services elsewhere.
