However, we had the pleasure of having our appointment with Gladys, and she was an absolute angel! She was very patient with us, explained everything thoroughly, and was just cheerful and kind the whole time. My partner and I both left the post office raving about how Gladys was the nicest postal employee we’ve ever met.
