However, we had the pleasure of having our appointment with Gladys, and she was an absolute angel! She was very patient with us, explained everything thoroughly, and was just cheerful and kind the whole time. My partner and I both left the post office raving about how Gladys was the nicest postal employee we’ve ever met. Gladys, your friendliness brightened my day and I hope your positive energy brings you nothing but good things in your life!

- KFKimberly FischerNov 11, 20221.0Ridiculously slow. Last time I was in there Gladys was packing the lady’s package in front of me. Nice gesture I guess but not when ten people are waiting in line. Make sure any packages you drop off you get a receipt for. I’ve dropped numerous and they are never scanned in until they arrive in Harrisburg or Lancaster. Go to New Oxford if you can. Best staff ever and never a mistake.
