- MPMilah PulliamJan 11, 20221.0Where do I start? Since I've moved in this area the mail service has been a complete disaster.. I've been using the Informed Delivery service for years. Each morning I get an email of everything that was scanned and should be arriving to my mailbox each day. But it NEVER arrives. Today it's been a week and still no mail but according to informed delivery there's 3-4 pieces of mail that should be arriving each day. Important and time sensitive information that no one at the post office can tell me where it went or why delivery has stopped over the last week. If I do get mail it's for someone else who live miles away in a different borough Don't even bother calling I spoke with a supervisor who was rude and could care less. I've submitted 3 service request and was told someone will contact me in 3 days. That never happened. The only thing I can do now is have all my mail forwarded to a friends address

Have the app and we're not getting our mail on the day we're suppose to. I'm running a business and they're screwing up my mail. This is my money they're messing with. Gonna find a friend to let me have my mail go to West Mifflin. They're more professional. Duquesne Post Office got me feeling like I live in MAYBERRY
