- NMNancy M5 days ago5.0It's in a good location. There are a few people working at a time so the wait is not to bad. Parking is a bit tricky. The people are nice. It's a good Amazon return place
- ESEngine Man S.Mar 28, 20265.0I have never had a bad experience at the Dunmore UPS store. Every time I had to return something I was in and out in 5 minutes. The one time I was out of tape and had plans to buy a roll, tape it, and hand it to them to ship back to Amazon. "I was told not to buy the tape we will take care of it." I said thank you but I need the tape anyway. My experiences in the store have always been positive. I suppose people assume that the store should do everything. Try the post office they will show you how to spend money. Just putting it out there.
- RRRayMar 19, 20261.0the ups store in dunmore is horrible ,the staff is rude and unprofessional , I miss a delivery at my house found a note from driver to check local ups in dunmore I did , guy told me they don't have anything to do with ups. wow I get home I get a text message from ups that my parcel is ready for pick up guess where lol , terrible horrible , I'll just the ups in scra for now on , what clowns
