And say what they want to hurry you along, when they want! The mail Carriers that come out of this building or some of the nicest people, but the people that work in the building at least at the front desk are a joke!

When I asked if I could run outside to grab a box out of my car I was told they closed 5 minutes ago LOL. But I’m literally being helped and was there before they closed. RUDE if you ask me. Guess I’ll have to come back again tomorrow even though I was being helped and they closed a whole 5 minutes what another minute going to do ? Terrible customer service

- SMSean MJun 19, 20251.0Called about a package that was supposed to be redirected called the location employee on the phone came off rude and seemed to just want to dismiss the whole thing and eventually told me she pulled it from the truck and is sending it back to the original sender. Not surprised though that's dunmore for you. Employee should probably find a new job she's clearly not up for this.
- NPnishita patelNov 20, 20201.0Worst because I have purchased money order $103 and 2 priority mail .. 1 for shipping to NY and 1 paid Returned envelope from this usps location For getting Visa from Indian embassy after 1 week they dont know why my package is still in PA and moving from one facility to other twice. When I went to post office they said they can't do anything .. no one is their to help me on 1-800 ask usps, really this the service you are proving to your customers... I'm stuck now who gonna be responsible for $1200 tickets and Trusting on USPS is a big question mark.. Thank you so much for amazing experience and for making me down on my knees, Helpless and getting panic attacks for my medical emergency trip and for my Trust on you.
