I'm trying to be nice by giving 2 stars, but wow.. I have a return package that I need to print a shipping label for, the post office should be able to print said label but they tell me that they can't 🙄 and sent me to the pilot truck stop.. the truck stop says that the post office lady has no idea what she's talking about and that they can't help, so the 2nd place was the Rutters the post office employee told me to go to.. same thing, they cannot do it and can't understand why the post office can't print said label nor why they would be sending people up to them to do it! So here I am, I've wasted gas running all around duncannon because the post office cannot print a label that is for them to ship said package! Well how the heck do they send anything out then?

The refusal to deliver is extremely tremendous here. Especially when they pick and choose where and who to deliver to

This summer the manager in office was rude when I reported a wasp nest in neighbors box located on a shared post, my post. Mail delivery was suspended to my box too after I was stung (understood). I had reported the problem and sprayed their box twice. I asked to have my mail delivered temporally to my porch one day a week and was refused by the office manager! She told me to spray their box (which I had done) or move my mailbox!!! Really, and get stung again! What about the neighbor's responsibility? She said their mail would be returned to sender after ten days. It wasn't. Because I was upset at her response I became her target of the problem even though the wasps were in the neighbor's box and it was not my problem to solve. After almost three weeks the neighbors did something corrective as my mail was finally delivered to my box. Doesn't the USPO train people how to treat people with respect? Come on, don't verbally attack the innocent party. I always support the my mail carriers. This was about the management person in the office, not them. The carriers have a hard job compared to years ago when junk mail and many packages were not in their purview. It's over. I apologized in writing for being upset but it wasn't reciprocated.

The post master was the rudest person & I thought it was only towards me until I read the reviews. She had so much attitude I hope I never have to go back there.

I brought in my wedding invitations to buy the stamps for them. The employee working told me what size stamp I needed and sold me 30 of the $0.78 stamps. She then instructed me the other 60 of these plus the 90 white rose $0.49 stamps I needed were in the safe, and she left a note for her manager to get them for us on Monday. That Monday, my fiance went in to purchase these stamps and they apparently don't carry the white rose stamps after all, so they sent him to another post office. Now, two weeks later, we recieved our invitations back in the mail saying we owe $0.27 more postage on each envelope. This post office the one who told me that what size postage I needed, and they are the same office that sent them back to use to charge us more! They wasted my time and money because their employees don't know how to do their jobs.
